1. Using LRNMAP
LRNMAP helps learners find academic support and allows prospective educators to apply for early access. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for activity on your account. Educator applications may be reviewed, accepted, or declined. Approval grants educator access; it does not publish a profile, guarantee learner demand, or create an employment relationship with LRNMAP.
3. Early-access service
Features may change while the service is prepared for launch. Learners may create an Early Access profile before matching or booking becomes available. A learner profile is not a support request and does not assign an educator. Preview scheduling and booking screens do not create a transaction, reserve a teaching slot, or collect payment unless LRNMAP clearly states otherwise.
4. Educator responsibilities and academic integrity
Educators must describe their identity, qualifications, experience, subjects, locations, availability, and pricing truthfully. They must teach, explain, guide, and give feedback without completing assessed work, impersonating a learner, ghostwriting, or enabling misconduct.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, administrator areas, or platform data.
6. Intellectual property and your content
LRNMAP and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, and service materials. You retain rights in information you submit and authorize LRNMAP to store, process, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, review, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
LRNMAP aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by LRNMAP and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
Access may be restricted to protect users, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
9. Governing terms and contact
The governing law, courts, formal notice address, and legal contact will be stated before public launch. Until then, questions can be sent through the LRNMAP support channel made available with the service.
