1. Information we collect
LRNMAP collects account details, authentication records, educator application data, profile and setup data, broad service location, availability, pricing, administrator review metadata, learner Early Access profile data, optional educator supporting documents and their descriptive details, and operational security logs needed to operate and protect the service. Supporting documents may include degrees, certificates, training records, or employment evidence supplied by an educator; they are not automatically verified or publicly displayed. Learner profile data may include name, country, time zone, learning stage and level, subject and support interests, delivery preference, optional learning-need text, an optional intended field of study, and an optional preference to be notified when learner support becomes available.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, review educator applications, maintain security, support users, diagnose failures, and improve LRNMAP. Application approval does not automatically publish an educator profile.
3. Information not currently collected
The current Early Access service does not operationally collect learner payment or card details, exact home or protected booking addresses, guardian data, or active learner booking records. Learner Early Access profiles do not create support requests, reservations, matches, or payment records.
4. Legal bases and choices
Depending on your location, processing may rely on performing a service you requested, legitimate interests such as platform security, consent, or legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where it is the applicable basis.
5. Sharing and service providers
Data may be handled by carefully selected hosting, database, email, and monitoring providers acting for LRNMAP, or disclosed when required by law. LRNMAP does not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. LRNMAP uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected authentication cookies, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. Final retention and deletion rules for educator documents, including withdrawn or rejected applications, must be approved before public production uploads are enabled.
7. Your rights
Applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
8. International processing and children
Service providers may process data in other countries with appropriate safeguards. Age eligibility, minors, and parental-consent policy remain a required pre-launch legal and product decision. This Early Access profile does not collect date of birth, age verification, guardian information, or parental consent.
9. Contact and updates
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through LRNMAP support. Material policy updates will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
